Ordering Information & Payment Methods

 

Shipping Information

·         When purchasing merchant gift card through GiftCardMaster.com you have 3 shipping options: FedEx Ground (6-14 days), FedEx® 2nd Day  and FedEx® Priority Overnight. All orders received before 2pm will ship out the same day. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will take longer than the usual ground and 2-3 shipping. Please allow for more than 5 business days to receive Alaska, Hawaii and international orders.

·         Email gift cards will be sent out same day.

·         Orders processed on holidays will be mailed the following business day

Rates:

·         USPS Ground: $5.99

·         FedEx 2-Day ®: $19.95

·         FedEx Priority Overnight ®: $35.95

·         FedEx International ®: $49.00

Shipping fees are based on a maximum of 200 gift cards and a value of $10,000 per package. Additional charges may apply to orders shipped above both values.

Delivery Requirements:

·         Orders over a total value of $150 must be shipped FedEx 2-Day ® or FedEx Priority Overnight ®.

·         USPS Ground is the only shipping method that can be sent to PO Boxes and FPO addresses.

·         Orders shipped out of the lower 48 States must be sent via FedEx Priority Overnight ® or FedEx International ®.

·         All orders shipped via FedEx ® require a mandatory signature, no exception.

Service Fees:

·         There is a small service fee for all gift card orders, except when the Ultimate Gift Card is being redeemed for a merchant gift card. This small service fee will cover packaging supplies, customer service, etc.

·         All gift cards sent via email, including the Ultimate Gift Card, are charged a $1.00 service fee.

·         The Ultimate Gift Card sent via mail has a $1.00 service fee.

·         Merchant gift cards sent via mail has a $1.00 service fee.

Return/Exchange Information

The Ultimate Gift Card ™ and merchant gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.  GiftCardMaster.com usually keeps its web site updated. Merchants may change store locations and even be no longer in business. Please contact the merchant to verify its status. GiftCardMaster.com will do its best to remove inaccurate information related to a merchant.
