What merchant gift cards does GiftCardMaster.com offer? We offer merchant gift cards for more than 400 merchants, everything from A to Z. There are gift cards for hotels, rental cars, flower, services, restaurants, clothing retailers, supply retailers, accessory stores and many, many more! While there are too many to list here, we're sure there's something for every budget and every taste. If you're shopping for someone who's hard to buy for, consider our Ultimate Gift Card! Your recipient can redeem it for the gift card or cards of their choice. How do I spend/use a merchant gift card? It varies from merchant to merchant. If you receive a physical merchant gift card in the mail, you can use the gift card at the merchant's physical location. Some merchants will allow their gift cards to be redeemed online or by phone. If you receive a gift card via email it will contain online instructions on how to redeem it. Do merchant gift cards expire? Original gift cards from our merchants provide terms specific to the individual companies. My merchant gift card has expired. Can I get it extended? Original gift cards from our merchants provide terms specific to the individual companies. Can I use my merchant gift card in a merchant's store or on its website? Yes. Check with the individual merchant as some don't allow redemption of gift cards online. Is there a minimum number of merchant gift cards I must purchase? No, there's no minimum number of gift cards you must purchase. Is there a maximum number of merchant gift cards I am able to purchase? No. You may purchase as many gift cards as you want or need. However, our shipping rates are based on order of a maximum of 50 gift cards, with a maximum value of $10,000. Orders larger than 50 cards or valued at more than $10,000 will be broken up into 2 or more shipments, as applicable, and shipping rates will apply accordingly. Are there categories of merchant gift cards? Yes. On the left side of the page, go to the Gift Card Menu, go down to Shop By Category then click on the category of your choice. What if I need a merchant gift card specifically for a man or a woman? On the left side of the page, go to the Gift Card Menu, go down to Shop By Recipient then click on 'For Her' or 'For Him'. Do you have merchant gift cards tailored to occasions such as weddings? Yes. On the left side of the page, go to the Gift Card Menu, go down to Shop By Occasion then click on special occasion you're buying for. Can I search for a specific merchant gift card? Yes. Click on 'Home' in the main navigation bar at the top of the page then you'll see a drop down box in the upper middle of the page. Arranged in alphabetical order, scroll down to the store you're looking for, click on it, then click 'Go'. You'll be taken to that store's page and given a choice of denomination, where applicable. I see a button that says 'Advanced Search'. What's that? The 'Advanced Search' button allows you to search for a specific person, such as a woman, or occasion, such as a wedding. You can also search by denomination. So, for example, if you've got a $50 budget, click on 'Up to $50' and then input a keyword such as 'clothing'. Note: You must put in a keyword or you won't get results. Click 'Submit'. Your options for gift cards for ladies clothing will come up. Click on the merchant of your choice, then click on the denomination of your choice, add a message if you like and then click 'Add to cart'. Are there services fees associated with purchasing merchant gift cards or Ultimate Gift Cards? Yes, our service fees are as follows: • There is a small service fee for all gift card orders, except when the Ultimate Gift Card is being redeemed for a merchant gift card. This small service fee will cover packaging supplies, customer service, etc. • All gift cards sent via email, including the Ultimate Gift Card, are charged a $1.00 service fee. • The Ultimate Gift Card sent via mail has a $1.00 service fee. • Merchant gift cards sent via mail has a $1.00 service fee. Where do I find my merchant gift card number? Usually the gift card number is on the back of the gift card. If the recipient can't use either an The Ultimate Gift Card ™ or a merchant gift card because they don't shop at a certain store, for example, can they exchange their card for one they can use? • merchant gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. • The Ultimate Gift Card cannot be returned but can be exchanged. The exchange must be requested within 2 days of receiving the gift card(s). The buyer must pay for additional shipping charges. • Merchants may change store locations and even be no longer in business. Please contact the merchant to verify its status. GiftCardMaster.com will do its best to remove inaccurate information related to a merchant. What can be done if my gift card is lost or stolen? Please contact GiftCardMaster.com immediately. • If you purchased the Ultimate Gift Card, the lost card will be canceled and you'll be issued a new gift card with the current remaining balance. Any transactions being processed with the lost or stolen gift card will be voided. • If you purchased a merchant gift card, please contact the merchant gift card company. GiftCardMaster.com can no longer do anything to recover a lost or stolen merchant gift card. What is an Ultimate Gift Card? The Ultimate Gift Card is a great gift for family, friends or employees. The recipient can buy any other gift card on the site. In essence, giving the Ultimate Gift Card is just like giving someone a personalized gift card. Our Ultimate Gift Card is perfect for employee rewards, holiday gifts, employee bonuses or simply to show appreciation. Your employees can use this gift card and purchase any merchant gift card on our web site. How do I check my Ultimate Gift Card balance? Click on Redeem Gift Card button at the top right hand side of the page and enter your Ultimate Gift card number(s). Where do I find my Ultimate Gift Card number? Your Ultimate Gift Card number is on the front of you card. How do I enter more than one Ultimate Gift Card? When you click on Redeem Gift Card, you'll input your Ultimate Gift Card number on where indicated. This will take you to the Gift Card Redemption page where you can enter additional card numbers. How do I spend my Ultimate Gift Card? Step 1: Click on Redeem Gift Card button at the top right hand side of the page and enter your Ultimate Gift Card number(s). You will be taken to a page detailing the merchant gift cards available for exchange. If you have more than one Ultimate Gift Card, you can enter more on this page. br> Step 2: Shop our site for gift cards to your favorite stores by selecting a category from the drop down menus at the top of the page or by choosing a featured merchant on this page. Once you have selected a gift card you will choose your denomination and add that card to your cart. Step 3: When you checkout, the value of your Ultimate Gift Card is deducted from your cart total. Checkout is complete when you receive your Order Confirmation Number. Step 4: The gift cards you have chosen will be mailed to you and you can shop with them online or in the store. e-Gift Cards will be sent to you via email and can be used within 24 hours. What if I can't find a denomination that matches my Ultimate Gift Card value? Go to 'Advanced Search', next to the Search button at the top of the page to see if you can find the denomination that you need or want. Remember, you can use any combination of gift cards to add up to or exceed the value of your Ultimate Gift Card. If you go over the value of your Ultimate Gift Card you can pay the balance with a credit card. If your received a Ultimate Gift Card in an amount that makes choosing difficult or if you've received more than one Ultimate Gift Card, you can come back to the site to redeem part of it later. Do I have to pay for shipping when I redeem a Ultimate Gift Card or gift card? No. Shipping was paid for by the buyer. Is there a maximum amount that can be loaded onto the Ultimate Gift Card? $500.00 Is there a minimum that can be loaded onto the Ultimate Gift Card? $5.00 Does the Ultimate Gift Card expire? No, the Ultimate Gift Card does not expire. Are there any fees associated with using the Ultimate Gift Card? No, there are not. Can the Ultimate Gift Card be returned or exchanged? What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover. When will my gift card arrive? An emailed gift card will be received within 24 hours after being processed. If your order is being shipped, Ground Fedex will arrive in 6-14 days after your order is processed, 2 Day will arrive in 2 days, after your order is processed, and Overnight will be sent overnight, after your order is processed. Generally speaking, all orders received before 2pm will ship out the same day. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders will take longer than the usual ground and 2-3 shipping. Please allow for more than 5 business days to receive Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. What Are the Shipping and Handling Costs? When purchasing merchant or the Ultimate gift card through GiftCardMaster.com you have 3 shipping options: • USPS/FedEx™ Ground (6-14 days) • USPS/FedEx™ 2nd Day • USPS/FedEx™ Priority Overnight • USPS/FedEx Alsaska or Hawaii Economy • USPS/FedEx™ International Note: All orders received before 2pm will ship out the same day. Do you have delivery requirements? Yes, our delivery requirements are as follows: • Orders over a total value of $150 must be shipped FedEx 2-Day ™ or FedEx Priority Overnight ™. • USPS Ground is the only shipping method that can be sent to PO Boxes and FPO addresses. • Orders shipped out of the lower 48 States must be sent via FedEx Priority Overnight ™ or FedEx International™. • All orders shipped via FedEx ™ require a mandatory signature, no exception. My order should have arrived by now, but it hasn't. What should I do? We make every attempt to ship gift cards to our customers as soon as possible. If you placed an order and it's passed the delivery window, please contact GiftCardMaster.com and we will work to get this issue resolved for you promptly. What should I do if I received an incomplete or incorrect order? On rare occasions, incomplete or incorrect orders are shipped. We apologize if this has happened to you. Please notify us and we will get the situation corrected promptly. How do I create an account? Go to the top right hand corner of the page and click on My Account. On the right side of the page, click the blue Register button. It only takes a minute and your information is safe and secure. Are there advantages to creating an account? Yes. There are 4 main advantages to creating an account at GiftCardMaster.com. 1) Personal Information - Store your information for easy access and quicker ordering. 2) Address Book - Store the names of your friends and family for easy, future use. 3) Wish List - If you're tired of receiving unwanted gifts, gifts you can't use or gifts you'll need to re-gift, tell your friends and family about GiftCardMaster.com and your Wish List. What do I do if I forgot my password? When you register and create an account at GiftCardMaster.com, you're asked for a security question and an answer to that question. If you forget your password, we will ask you to answer a question to verify your identity before providing you with your password. How can I track my order? Email us at contact@giftcardmaster.com. How do I make changes to my Address Book? Log into your account, click on Address Book and add, edit or delete as necessary. Can I store my payment information on your site? No. We don't store any payment information on our servers. We work with Paypal to process credit card payments.
