Ideas of Safety Rewards Program:

• Safety Bingo - Distribute bingo cards to all participating employees. Each day there are no recordable (no major) accidents have an employee draw a bingo number from a container. Every day a number is drawn the bingo pot increase by a set amount. Twenty dollars ($20) is typically a fair amount for management and participating employees. When bingo is reached the winner gets the Ultimate Gift Card in the amount of the pot. The pot resets back to zero and the process continues. If a recordable (major) accident occurs then the bingo game stops for a set period of time. An acceptable period of time is between 15 to 25 days. Once that period of time ends the bingo letter/number drawing and daily pot increases resume.
